Sluicing and Sniping For Gold

I found 2 gold nuggets today the smaller nugget sniping and the bigger nugget made it's way through a 1/2 classification screen and dead stopped on the front of the sluice box. The bigger nugget I had to use my blue bulb to get it, the garret snuff bottle straw was to small. Yeah! Right on Let's go

Yeah , flow is excellent, but over shoveling material up the yang , I'm quite sure he lost too much potential gold , snipping, good thou.

@@RobertSilva-lc3yf Thank you for your comment. In my opinion I feed the sluice box the way I do and I have some really good gold hog matting in the middle of the sluice box. I have not seen gold get passed the 2nd riffle on the gold hog matting. There is a lot of gold that drops out of the flow on to the v mat and even gold nuggets dead stop in the front. I am always open to what other people say, you can never stop learning from others or your own mistakes. 😃

I think that box is working great. Not overfed, everything is clearing down the sluice, looks like material is exchanging great!
