Part of Aitonomic disfunction is that your body cannot regulate body temperature. So when it’s hot their body can’t cook and when cold it can heat. So external help may be the only way to help with this symptom.
My husband had his. Brain and spine donated to Shands as he filled out the paperwork beforehand and itook it to the hospital and also the funeral home in town which handled this. He died in 2004 and had dystonia and had his back fused due to an injury. Thiswas at his neurologist suggestion and he took botox.
