Inpeco Decapper Module (DCM) for clinical laboratory automation

This module for the pre-analytical phase of laboratory testing removes caps from the tubes that are routing on the automation track, before analytical processing. Its mechanism stops the single carrier on the pit lane, blocks the tube and "de-caps" it: all removed caps are collected in a waste bin.
