    I was 11 years old during this series, and my parents allowed me to stay up and watch all of these games. I must have fallen asleep before the end of this game, though. I don't remember the ending. What a game. This was some great baseball.

    The natural flow of talk between Jackson, Seaver and Cosell was amazing and entertaining. So many little nuggets of stories and wisdom.

      I'm not sure what that date is all about. The '77 world series occured from October 11-18.
