No wonder this anime topped 13 weeks straight, it's so refreshing to watch them grow and be honest to themselves rather than waiting 200+ to hold hands

This ladies and gentlemen is how you use an anime intro. More studios should implement the opening theme in the anime. It’s the first song we ever hear so it should be important.
Closest thing I think is Call of the Night being inspired by the song itself and then featured in the ED and then the band having a cameo in the pool party in one of the early episodes.
Many anime do this though, don’t they? Especially when it comes to let’s say, for example, boss fights and emotional/impactful moments. The theme song is usually played in the background. I get that this is awesome but if you wish every anime did this then it wouldn’t be as unique as it once was. There’s only so many ways you can do this exact concept before they all start looking the same.
@@SergioBallZ Episode 17 of After Story when he goes on his first trip with Ushio and it cuts perfectly into the ED that has been running for every episode. The entire episode is on youtube if u wanna check it out.

It’s funny because the first promotional image was awful. People were genuinely worried for the adaptation. Then they come out with an absolute banger.
this anime literally had me smiling every episode. This was a new refreshing type of romance I have seen where the characters are all likeable and admirable in their own way
When this happened I got chills and a huge smile on my face. Love it when the anime has the characters sing the opening, and this was the best way they could have done it!
I appreciated this so much. This scene alone, greatly factored in on me considering this Anime a passionately made content. They've shown so much effort even for little details. I respect this show's presentation quality.
nah cuz when i saw this i was like "OHHHHHH SHITTTTT" this transition was the best version of the opening had to go back and watch this anytime the opening played
The opening sequence overall also such a well made overall. I love the camera work, especially the dance sequence towards the end which repeated three times but each time the camera got closer and closer.
Did the exact same thing but I didn’t realize I was watching the 2nd season because Prime has it labeled as 1 25 episode season. I finished the last episode and went to start what I thought was the 2nd season only to realize the season 2 they had was just the French dub.
that doesn't mean it's over. they can still wait for the manga to get more content. they also teased a future story arc in the s2 finale so it's likely that they still plan to continue.
Yeah, it's like slowly merging realities into this story, a way of storytelling. To bring more life into our reality through another, as if it were just another story in the real world.
As if the piano part at the beginning wasn’t satisfying enough by itself, they also did this banger transition into it. This show is something special man…
I can think of two other fine examples. 1. In some episode from the first era of Detective Conan (aka Case Closed), The main character is singing the show's first opening theme in a karaoke club. It doesn't cut to the opening like this did, but it's still cool. 2. At the end of one of the openings of Gintama, the lead characters crash off of their modes of transportation; this was not was usually happens during the opening, and they are embarrassed to have messed up so badly, especially since they have done it numerous time before. It only happens in one episode, so if you're the type who skips openings, you could miss it.
I'm not sure why this came up in my feed, was the first time I had heard of it, but I'm glad it did. Right up there with Kare Kano and Kimi ni Todoke! Thank you.
I was stunned when this happened. I was just not paying attention up until this point. If I was, I might have noticed the direction the episode was following. It was gob-smacking and beautiful of course!
