Hello, there, am using GE SG SERIES 30KVA ups in my plant, an alarm code 4701(power supply board failure) doesn't allow the ups to running expect on bypass mode, pls do u have idea on how this could be resolved

What company ups are you using. It must be in online mode and auto mode. If can tell me what model and company ups do u have i can asdit you with proper instructions.
