I really want to find a clip that I saw previously, I think it got taken down so if anyone has a link to it on Twitter or somewhere please share: All I remember is that Shoutan was being interviewed by two people who were shocked to find out he's in his 30s, they asked how he looks so young and he said something like, "I just try not to look old. As someone who sees men interact with shouta a lot, I wouldn’t say men “make fun of him,” it is moreso that they express an attraction and appreciation for his femininity in not always the most appropriate ways (hence them doing this that could be easily interpreted as sexual harassment.). I do not think the majority of men he interacts with, especially those who are friends of Shouta, those I have included in the video, are expressing any negative feelings about shouta’s femininity. They seem to be very accepting and respecting of his femininity, hence them openly expressing having an attraction to it.
I definitely do agree however that they could express their attraction in more constructive ways than they often do.
I also want to reiterate that these men are friends of Shouta’s and he does not seem to be uncomfortable with the more invasive questions, moreso exasperated (and/or flattered) at times.

It’s the 2019 Dream!ing Party! Dream!ing is a mobile game hes in. He uses the events an an excuse to crossdress because of the character he plays in the game lol. He actually wore dresses for both live performances that day. And if you follow him on twitter, in October he attended the 2020 Dream!ing Party and also looked amazing. He also does wear heals fairly regularly just usually not that type
