This interview was very lately done not a new one which was done even before he selected the directors and introduced them. And I want to mention as writer's has their own of view and they are becoming directors too, it was irony that special importance for the solo craft writer was no more . It became included in director's craft.

you can have only director but cant have only writer. but i believe it has to do more with the relation and responsibility between director and writer. this is a very personal process and cant be dictated by general public. so choosing them separately and forcing them to work together will be a bad idea. still there can be exceptions.
