Its basically: kick right leg to left (1 beat) kick left leg to right (1 beat) raise right leg, kick left leg to right (1 beat) step right foot on the right of left (one beat) step right foot on left of left foot and kick left to right repeat 2, 3, 4 but on opposite side kick right leg to left kick left leg to right squat bend right inward
