I watched this 1st 2024 video of you thrifting in England. I just had to go back to watch your set of 2023 videos of your thrifting in England before watching your 2nd video of 2024. I love the country side, the villages & cottages, the friendly Englanders & their accent and all your lovely finds you brought back home. I have been once and I'd love to go again. The next time you go, please save room in your suitcase for me.
I really enjoyed the journey. We lived in England with the Air Force for 3 years and totally love it! Been back numerous times and I think its time to make another trip. We had two cars, one with left hand drive and one with right hand drive. Interesting.
Next visit maybe try further afield in the UK, Wales is beautiful and a lot cheaper than down south, and Scotland is chilli co.pared to down south but absolutely stunning.. Enjoy the rest of your trip and stay safe x
The funny houses are oast houses for keeping hops in for bear,hope we're mainly grown in Kent ,people used to go in the summer with all their families picking hops .Love your endurance multiple car boots and charity shops keep going I love it .👏🥳😀👍🇬🇧

So glad you've come to visit again. I was born and grew up in Kent, it is lovely. My parents lived by the hop farm you went to until quite recently. If you are near there again , there's a few good charity shops in paddock wood village. I live over the Thames in Essex now and they have some lovely villages as well. Further out. I live near a large great antiques centre called Battlesbridge which you would like. We recently visited friends in Horncastle , Lincoln. It's about a four hour drive but there's a few old vintage antique shops, but one in particular is insane. It's got rooms and courtyards piled 3 ft high and wide with so much stuff I've never seen anything like it before. Would make a very interesting trip for you 😊 Happy thrifting. Hope our weather is kind for you xx

That "cottage" is classed as a house in the UK and is much more newer than you think, probably 1990s at the oldest!

The little buildings with the funny roof's are Oast houses, they were used for drying Hops for Brewing Beer. Kent was known for it's Hop growing.
