Well done keeping your cool, Oliver
Proud of you
Geez I don't know this doesn't look like your son at all. Haha awesome thing to do together so cool. It's really humbling and amazing to me what a cool machine helicopters are, I don't fly but I have an immense appreciation for modern technology it's just amazing to me
Thanks "dad". This would be my ideal first flight training, but alas I'm 72! 😀
Don't lose sight that your Dad is a Cool Helicopter Pilot!
One very lucky young man to have a dad that will be able to help him work through becoming a helicopter pilot.
Thanks Oliver for letting us watch your lesson!
Hovering is a Circus Act. Takes about 2 - 3 Hours. Good luck Oliver.
Outstanding job Oliver , with dads help , you will be a great polite , if you so wish to be ,the way your dad explains things in plain english , as an instructor ,you have the world at your feet , Congrats to you both
great job. mann I remember my first 8 hours it was tough
Very well done! Thank you Sancho for sharing that with us. I had the chance to do an intro flight with you. I watched the video over and over again. Thank you for allowing me to get as much feeling of what flying a helicopter can be in 60 minutes. Looks like Oliver will be a great pilot. All the best to both of you!
Yeah it was so great getting to fly with you Thierry. Good times
Oliver dude .. well done. Pilot or AME? or both! We now know ho you are getting your self to grad in a few years!
Sanch, Great instructions for a first timer. I can tell that you’re a great teacher. Seeing your son with a big smile also brought a smile to my face. Oliver, you did a great job for the first time with the controls! Keep it up!
Awesome dad and son time.
Brought back great memories. Well done. Keep going👍👍
Bravo bravo bravo!!
Tale padre tale figlio!!!
Nice job!!!
Well done Oliver, I used the little red building with the white doors as reference (it's over your right shoulder) and the movement from that was really small. Very impressive for your first attempt, your family's flying genes have clearly moved onto you! Sanch, thanks for sharing good experiment much like when Mischa was flying with Cat. Definitely starting young helps too!
Nice radio work!
Wonderful instruction and your son did well. To far to the UK for instruction I suppose?😂
Nice!!!! I bet it's really difficult as an instructor to *not* have a control. The student has the collective, but you have to compensate anti-torque to their collective input.
Right? Didn’t he sound way too confident 😜
I question the wisdom of trying to teach a 14 yo to fly a helicopter.
