You said that a person should not have taken unemployment benefit in last 12 months to get a P.R.
But if you look at 07:37 (where you mentioning about minimum income), the "unemployment benefit" is written under approved income clause (on the fourth bullet point).
What does it mean?
does it mean that a person can take unemployment benefit and his/her income should be above minimum threshold?

Dear Ali, there seems to be some confusion, social help from NAV are of different types and the one listed in the bullet point are allowed. You can check more information on UDI.no

No, u will need to get work visa first, then PR after several years, seasonal work visa is not really work visa.

What if a person has part time job during his master's with salary more than NOK 246 246 and one year full time job after master's...is he eligible to apply for PR?
Dear Nikhil, it is not possible to earn more than 246 246 in a part time job in a year in Norway, as you are only allowed to work for 20 hours per week and minimum wage is around 150 Nok per hour, so even if you work for all the 52 weeks you can at max earn 156000 NOK only.
