I feel ultraman could beat any kamen rider, super sentai and space sheriff easily in their human because they're actually has a super human strength. Just look at ultraman zero he could lift gomess easily when he's on a size of elementary school.

Some of the Ultraseven episodes make him full human size like Alien Pegasa episode
