Hi. I’ve been dying a horribly slow death from covid the delta strain and others. The delta killed me in every way. I had asthma, super fair skin and no real period, bad anemia, diabetics, hypoglycemia and after covid the whole body is in the worst shape ever. I lost my voice ability to walk, all is numb and it caused me to have guilnnbarre/ MS and trigeminal neuralgia black lungs heart attacks and the inflammation is so bad it never leaves. No man there for me and didn’t get to have ny own kids ). Almost 40. These breath exercises are amazing and I hope I can get my lungs back and fight this long covid !!!!!!

Thanks guruji , I was suffering from stress and anxiety for more than 3 months cause of my breakup and failure in exams . I decided to stand back and so i tried to meditate today . It feels so good . I feel very relaxed . i continued with only 5 minutes. a smile come on my face automatically

I love breathing exercises they are by far the most helpful thing I've ever learnt in controlling how you feel and changing energy. I struggled with the meditation though. My mind always runs away! It happened about 3 times. I'm hoping it will happen a bit less as I go through the days

I was surprised to see that so many disciples in Sri Sri Ravishankar’s ashram are pleasant and smiling. I am a physician with 25 years of experience in watching people for clinical signs and that experience has taught me the to identify the subtle signs. Hence, I was surprised to see how calm and pleasant people are - and I have (grudgingly) admitted to myself that I am impatient with people and that’s my own inadequacy. I started meditation in a rudimentary way and it helped me immensely with my focus. I was used to working hard but still meditation helped me focus better. Despite being wealthy MD, I was anxious at times but SKY breathing has helped that too. I have realized that outside world is never going to 100% exactly according to my expectations but whatever happens inside me is now according to my wishes and I expect and wish bliss for myself every morning regardless of outside experiences !

I’m going through a lot of lung issues lately, coughing after eating and having trouble breathing the more I cough. I’ve been to the doctor but no medicine has been able to help me out. I suffer from anxiety too so it has made things even more difficult. I found this channel hoping I can find a way to relax and heal my myself through breathing and meditation.
Whatever you practice for breathing. Do it within your capacity - whatever is easy and doable. Do not overexert. Gradually your capacity and strength will increase. Practice a bit of meditation also. The simplest is guided vipassana meditation. There are a lot of videos on RUclips. Hope you find relief soon.
Thank you so much for this!!! I've had a really traumatic life that led to my "accidental" awakening on LSD, but it's caused a lot of brain damage. My mentor has guided me to these types of practices and they help immensely. I still experiment on the "darker" side of things occasionally, which leaves me with a lot of nerve pain at the base of my ears. I'm starting to learn somatic healing and these exercises help relieve so much of that pain, are super fun and fly by!!! 35 minutes felt like 5 🥰🖤

Gurudev ur blessing has really kept me united when I met u at d blore Airport few yrs ago how I managed to sneak in d crowd I had those normal mobile could not take any pics with u but how u put ur hand on my head blessed me at a glimpse I was so thankful for ur blessing I thi k guruji like how they r announcing curfew lockdown after thus pandemic situation there should be a compulsion to open small yoga classes in every corner and gv more open space in d Park for everyone to do yoga like a ration card it should be mandatory a school with minimum fees for all d seniors especially todays youngsters I t pple working with computers and children who r reluctant to go out instead be at home in computers pl guruji pray for d world to follow ur instruction and gv school in villages city everywhere it should be like curfew must obey
