in his second form, he always escape using his last move before he goes into stun , does this strat only work for the first half ?

Yes, it says that in the description. What I recommend after that, is doing the Dangan Counter strat, where you get a friend and one of you uses the Dangan Counter while standing on him, and the other uses a barrage attack.

If it was in the same server, then he should've restarted before the next one dropped. Sometimes the scroll bugs for everyone, luckily he didn't get the bug that I got with Heaven Blade. My Heaven Blade is completely locked and yet it shows no scroll or lock on it.
