    Sorry about your back man and hope it’s better by now. I know the feeling. My back just randomly goes out once or twice a year. Like if I breathe wrong, next thing i’m on the floor. It sucks

      Yeah, it's better now. Or at least a more normal level of pain. I can't remember when I wasn't achey and sore in some way 😂
      I need to start getting better with stretching more consistently. I do it for a bit and then just forget

    Didn’t watch the last episode because it’s garbage TV-making but I’m not surprised to hear about your back. I’m 6’2 and I know you’re taller so I can tell you to expect back problems forever. Wait til you pass 35. Even the good parts will fall apart. Try and develop good habits. Work on your back before you get too sore. Your back and knees are going to go regardless, just try and prolong it with good habits.
    I lived in South London Suburbs for a while - New Malden. And then I lived Central off Tottenham Crt Rd next to the Uni College.

      Yeah, I try to do yoga stetches and stuff which I usually do for a few days or weeks before I start forgetting. But yeah, I definitely need to do better with it.
      It's funny you mention knees because I've just started complaining about those a lot lately as well 😂
      I walk everywhere and used to do long distance running, so my knees are shot.
      God, I'm falling apart haha
