    I think I've got myself a weaker speaker.
    Time to upgrade.

      Near fields are for mixing at quieter volumes. They are ideal for precision mixing meaning your ears have to be well tuned. If you did not purchase them for mixing then you bought the wrong type of speakers.

      @@shan5445 Being the smartarse that I am I couldn't resist and posted that comment as much for the rhyme as for its content...
      Anyway. Media One 5A at the moment. Basic entry-level okayish, in a very limited way... I'm also on a severely limited budget and will probably be going with Presonus Eris monitors (E3.5 or maybe E5 if I can afford them). But before I do that I'll have to work on my room treatment first. Should be paramount...
