@@zombie3434 What would say is the best, then? This is the only game of its type I've ever seen on the VCS. There are some insanely good arcade ports lately though.

I am constantly blown away by what programmers are doing with this machine. I played the VCS a ton (by the time it was renamed as 2600 I was into home computers) and never saw anything like these.

The music is sick
The background music is particularly good. Not many if any games had background music in them from that era.

mgabrysSF "from that era" this came out this year and is a brand new game developed for the atari, idk about the music though its one channel but yeah.
The influence Activision's Pitfall had on gaming seems to be everlasting.
This game would have been amazing if the platforming wasn’t so atrocious.
