The Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189) and Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) require separate Expression of Interest (EOI) submissions. You can express interest for multiple states or territories for the subclass 190 visa, but each state or territory has its own criteria. The subclass 189 visa does not require state nomination.
