The Holy Spirit is a Person 🙏 Member of the God head. Holy Spirit is God His presence is expressed or manifests in different ways. Genesis 1:1 - God here means ELOHIM - means a plural word, i e God head. I.e Trinity. Genesis 1:26 - Let US make,... Plural word. Acts 5:1 - 4, Holy Spirit is addressed as God. John 14:16,26 - another comforter, advocate, spirit of truth, helper, intercessor, counselor,.... He will teach you all thing's. John 16:13 - Spirit of truth guides you into all truth. Amen.
