I like to run a little in articulate mode this time of year as shoulder are soft, so what I find where the front wheel leaves a small rut the blade fills in and the motor is more on the middle of the road !
I’ve been operating for 14 years now so have lots of time in a motor grader anyone can learn how to operate a grader just got to have an open mind and have lots of patience.

Are you back to a Cat?? If so I bet you’re ecstatic for sure
Gliderider yep I’m back in a cat grader this is the new 140 with the rack controls instead of joysticks
How many miles do you have on your route
Depends on what township I’m in but average is 40 miles and I do 6 townships so I maintain roughly 240 miles of road.
I have about 80 miles an 15 miles of oil road to plow snow. I'm running a 140 cat with is the old 12m3
@@paulcunningham2932 I gotcha I’m suer that keeps you plenty busy then how you like the new 140 I take it you have the joysticks?
Yes I try to get over that every week. An I love my 140 with joy sticks
What! No joy sticks. Lol.
Jim bob still have 2 joystick machines I operate.
Graderman 140M so which do you like better joysticks or traditional ... I run a Deere 672gp with fingertip arm rest controls
