Wife filing false case should be punished for wasting court time, public money, and resulting torture to husband. She should atleast be fined and ask to deposit money in court to pay for wasting courts time and public tax money.

@@sagark5474 It has already been done and a req ot create Mens commission was sent by court said to ask to requrst to law makers in parliament and the same request was denied several times stating there is no need of it.
Moreover the Govt is well aware of false casea as the NCRB is govt entity and it gives yearly reports and a sper NCRB data only it was found that 70% raoe and molestation cases are found and 90% matrimonial cases were false too.
Moreover even the Suoreme court has to give statement due to excess misuse of law by woman of sec 498a that it said... 498a is legal terrorism done by woman

Even a high court judge even when presented with all the contradictions and lies refrains from quashing the case against the husband. Law, Politicians are treating men as ATM machines and happily allow them to be subject of abuse. This will continue till men unite and oppose such draconian laws

Most men are not real biological fathers of their children 😢. Its the girls boyfriend who's the real father! Sad the husband has no clue its not his child! Yes this is happening in India , this is not new. Paternity test must be mandatory after pregnancy.

I have them and are uploaded on cloud . Along with recordings of when arrangements , voice & call records and other visuals to prove we didn't took any dowry . Bills paid by us for marriage reception and everything mentioned within the range of our ITR . Well then also we never know

@@anilrp112 there are no guides lol just follow the instinct to survive you will find them . Record every conversations with them avoid taking a single penny by any means ,spend your own money for the celebrations . No gifts from inlaws especially gold and cars, almirahs etc if they still want give to have talks on call and record them . Make any logical evidence that you didn't take any dowry . Or if they offer dowry record it as well . What I did I had my brother and mine both cameras on and had them in my shirts pocket . 99% of inlaws won't suspect .
But there is no fool proof solution I am a lawyer who is preparing for civil services I have seen so many mens life going upside down that is why I took so many precautions but still the wife can say that we demanded dowry , domestic violence and the whole package of cases ,cause the judges have prejudices and will orders against men most of the time . Marry a girl who is referred by families cause that's the best and safest option possible . Stay away from matrimonial sites . Or marriage referrals from friends .

No matter you kick her or not, the first case will be of physical violence. No matter you demanded dowry or not the second case will be of dowry....so, men plz stop being too generous and take dowry, anyway you will fight dowry charges, moreover it will help you in giving alimony.
So how come Dowry charges come at the time of divorce or money extraction etc. Why don't they charge for dowry when it is being asked and by not giving it. How come Girls family's income is not factored in and how come proof is not being asked how the dowry was given. So many loopholes in judicial system.

Lacuna of the system is that the learned counsel's are not held accountable for any legal transgressions. Only if they too are made party to retribution under stronger and well defined law's on perjury, could there be a more truthful, honest and just proceedings.
The judiciary would stand to benefit immensely in time and efficiency.
