    What version of Zoho CRM are you showing? Professional? Enterprise? I want to start with Zoho so I need to decide which version to choose. Tia

      This is Zoho One, so Enterprise edition.

    Do you know if there's any way to create a never ending drip campaign in Zoho campaigns? And every now and then the automation is paused, a new email is added to the end and people would be in various stages with new people coming in and starting from the beginning?

      Hi Spade! Unfortunately, this isn't supported functionality within Zoho Campaigns

    Thanks for your video, but you do not show how to continue the flow after its delivered. What's the logic here? If delivered moves on to another email after 3 days, and if opened moves onto an email after 1 day, I assume they sit in a delivered state until either of the time conditions is met? Now if they move down the delivered but not opened funnel and then they do open the email, I cannot add them back to the flow under opened email, I have to duplicate the flow emails under the initial delivered but unopened. Very frustrating

      Follow this tutorial and use the wait time block and then after it, add another send email block, then time, then email, etc.

    For the response options, if someone opened and clicked on a link for an email, are they included in both "Opened" AND "Clicked?" I set up a workflow using the response feature, but then set it up to send the same email to all of those buckets of people (at different timings), but I don't want to be sending duplicate emails.

    This was very helpful. I have a quick question. I create workflows but I can't find how to connect them to my Campaigns. I want a lead to enter a campaign and cycle through my workflow and I track the progress through reporting. Is this possible? If so how

    Is there a way to play in the workflow with the site conversions (purchases). Let's say I want to send a second email to user who 'click in a link' AND 'did not generate a conversion in my site'. Can I do this? Thanks.
