Unable to add a new form field after selecting the required field there is no option to add it, plzz help

can you tell me how to edit this for single field form?
You need to buy premium plan to achieve that I guess as free version doesn't provide ability to rewrite things. Check their premium features and compare or contact the developer of that plugin I sure he will help you as I contacted him a few times and his reponse was great.

how can i put some custom texts with link like, remember me and forget password?
Remember me and forget password links are already on the login form footer, which are self-explanatory and easy to understand to customers but if you want to modify the text to something else in that, you may need to contact the developer of that plugin.
