Let's be honest. No other sound track in anime has sent us in a search like Samurai Champloo. This to me is THE MOST ARTISTIC ANIME OF ALL TIME. The a animation imprints alot of people (including me) to seek their art while bumping these tracks. This right here is a mature anime for those with soul that search for something to relate too. Fuu-A young woman that wants to understand why her father was never there for her and finds Jin and Mugen as brothers and decides to embark on a life changing journey with them. Revealing her deepest vulnerabilities she learns trust and unconditional love from and for them. Jin a man who was forced to kill his own master/father figure cause the government saw him as a potential threat and upon finding Fuu and Mugen learns that he has the means to sacrifice and risk his own life for others instead of only living for himself. He gains what he never had and doesn't take it for granted. Mugen a man who lived as an outlaw and upon being at odds with a man and young lady in his past he only comes to learn that he was just a means to an end for them and that he wanted something that would truly last. Mugen wanted to be proven wrong that every woman was just a means for pleasure and every man was just another potential enemy that would use him for their own gain. But Fuu became a younger sister and Jinn became his brother. Mugen was accepted for all of his faults and gained love in a which is something he never thought he would obtain. These three wonderers seeking family found it in one another and in Jinn and Mugen coming to terms with their own personal battles in their lives. They both were drawn together by Fuu whom wanted to find her father that the government also wanted dead. They protected her with their lives and have her back while coming to terms that this for the first time was when they were going to fight for someone other than themselves. Facing Kagetoki Kariya They both were at peace with dying for Fuu so she could also come to terms witn her past. Mugen dealt with the three men that sought revenge against him for raiding a sugar ship with Mukuro as the leader. This last part of his past was one more ordeal to deal with that was haunting him. As he choose to handle it and not let Fuu have to suffer for his past mistakes in trusting the wrong person. Jinn dealing with Kagetoki Karia for being the man that pressured his master into killing him is now facing the man behind the curtain. Jinn being a deciple of the MushuKenjutsu Sword Style was unaware that he bested his master and has to live with killing his master. In his dispair he came to the mindset that he's skills are all he has to rely on and lives only to perfect and protect himself and only himself. Using a sword technique that could have ended his life to create an opening to also slay Kagetoki he was able to best the man that forced him to kill his master. Jin showing sacrifice and essentially being a Rounin a Samurai without a Lord or Master to dedicate his life to he found that his friends were the people that were risking his life for. Even the people along the way when you look at the lives they've affected and how those people affected them you see that the journey of life is always worth taking but in the end you must remember that you have a purpose. There will be hardship and in those times you need "that thing" that grounds you and reminds you why it's all worth it and who is beside in seeing things to the end. In the end this show accomplished what many anime fail to deliver in Depth, Meaning, and Purpose. Also the fact tha Nujabes is no longer with us is another reason why this music is so precious to us. His inspiration will forever bless the underground of hip hop and those who bring it to the modern era for generations to come. Mos deff worthy of ANYONES top 5 anime.
I stumbled upon this show(blind assassin episodes) in a hotel room at 2 in the morning recovering from a bad shroom trip and it made me have an amazing trip. The music calmed my soul. And I will forever hold this show dear to me. Had to buy it on Blu-ray when I had the chance. ✌️

There's nobody "involved" with anything. A reddit user ripped the L & R separation channels from the Funimation DVD/Blu-ray release, spent some time remixing/editing the BGM, and released the files en masse. All this guy did was cherry pick a few songs, re-edit (or in this case -- attenuate) them AGAIN, and slap his own custom cover on top. Man literally so much work must have gone into this, thank you so much for remastering these lovely songs!
I wish I could give you 1000 Likes so bad. Thank you SOOOO MUCH 🥺🥺🥺 The music is so good and emotional that I could start crying. Even years after only barely hearing it in the background the episodes, the nostalgia and emotion of the music is so strong that it feels like a blow to the chest.
Acutally thought only 2 cds with OST were released and on them were all tracks from the show, but here, in my youtube recommendations found this gem. Well, while I'm listening for some time now I have whole show in front of my eyes again. Thx
I've been looking for Beatbox version of 'Just Forget' for very long time ..and here i am,i've found it! Thank you very much! 🤗❤️
Fuu’s tale really hits ya in your core, makes me want to go soul searching. Just don’t know where to start.
Damn this is fire. I'd look for the sunflower samurai with this beat in the background for sure
After all this time, Fuu's Tale never fails to make me cry

I don't know why, but we in Italy have the "We are the Nagatomi Clan!" track. In fact I lost nearly one evening searching that music in the original soundtrack and didn't found it.
Big ups on the collection
I have no idea what Samurai Champloo is, and thought for a hot second that I missed one of your albums!
Now I have to go get my headphones...

Nah man you missed one of the greatest shows ever made
Now all i need is where the piano sample for brothel love came from. This is so awesome. Thank you a lot.
I am wondering exactly that. I will say it does sound like Ryo Fukui
ricky ford chelsea bridge! you can check it out here www.whosampled.com/sample/487395/Saib.-Sakura-Trees-Ricky-Ford-Chelsea-Bridge/
What a great day to stumble upon this
Thank you very much for this 2 Mello
Check out Sakura Trees by Saib. Seems heavily influenced or exactly the same as brothel love
They both sample a song called Chelsea Bridge by Ricky Ford, but I'm guessing that Sakura Trees Directly sampled brothel love, since it seems almost exactly the same with a few instrument changes.
My God! I've been listening to this album on repeat for a week now. Thank you! So much for uploading this beautiful masterpiece of art. These will never get old, I'll bump the Samurai Champloo Soundtracks, till the day i die 😎.
