Having done a dozen roll events at Pocono I can’t imagine it not going 200mph with 1800whp? My car does 165 with 800whp, and my previous was 155 with 650whp. The lack of traction and weight are hurting him no doubt.
It's the traction, at 1600 to 1800whp , it's not a bad thing to have some weight. Once they get the traction and gearing dialed in, that thing will be breaking more records soon enough.
You get to a point where you need a massive amount of power for just a small gain.
