What a great video giving a fantastic insight into where we can find the information we need to be able to learn more and do more with mission planner, ardupilot is such a fantastic system with so much capability. I can't wait to do so many more projects with ardupilot.
it would be nice to have a switch we could use for a mission pause and restart but Andrew that is one of the best most concise video,s great work and even old dumpling like me can make it work just awesome doggie will get extra sausages and say thank you for making us happy
I want to do something similar. I want the UAV to land, disarm, and wait for the command from Arduino to arm and take off. Instead of delay in between, I need it to wait for the command from Arduino.Any suggestion on how to approach it.

I have tried land and continue on 4.2. It’s working perfectly alright. I am keen to add led function. Say suppose I have given delay of 120 seconds. What I am looking is after drone has landed and motors are shut down after 5 seconds a bright light LED should switch on and after a delay of 115 seconds LED should switch off to give an indication that Drone is about to take off. Or A buzzer should give a signal 5 seconds before the delay given to Drone, there by indicating it’s about to take off. I request for your guidance with example as how to do it. Thanks and regards
I hv tried it works in simulation. When I tried in actual using 2.4.8 pixhawk, 4.1.2 gets downloaded but, I do not get required parametrs which are to be changed when I go in Full Parameters. Where I am going wrong any help.
Hi sir, after the second takeoff, when I give return to launch, the drone is landing in the same location. It is not coming back and landing at my home location. Can you tell me how to enable RTL?. The drone seems to forget my home location.

But when i tried to do it in quad plane, using Pixhawk 2.4.8 and software 4.1.2, i do not get parameters which are required to be changed in Parameter list as explained in “Advance ArduPilot Mission Planning- Continue after land”. Can someone help?

Likely bc new home point is established every time the drone is armed. So the new home point is where it landed at..that might be tricky.

Now my biggest fear is while arming the vehicle that landed to a remote location and "Unhealthy AHRS" appeared on my screen :)
