Midas DN4816-O StageConnect Interface runs thru Ultranet and can be routed to run as a splitter for ANY channel, bus, or LR. It's perfect for on the road options sometimes its just you being the sound guy and don't need the splitter other times there's no dedicated sound guy at teh venue but they have a PA or want you to route thru their bar speakers or something so you send a fill mix thru this device.
Hey man. So I never thought to use the interface mode of the XR18 until last week, but I just set up a rig where you basically plug the usb out of the xr18 into your computer. in the x air edit program you can set it so it gets the tracks and click. so I just come out of an out or in my case the left right since its just for ears, and those tracks go to the split. basically you are getting rid of the di box. which is helpful, because less stuff. then the click is going directly to the xr18 so no need for an additional plug for that either.

@@angelcarrera8609 oh very interesting! What are you using to source the tracks/click? Are you using a DAW or?
Yeah the band I work with runs stereo tracks and a click. So we run it off logic.
hi very nice setup. Are the 4 wireless packs all individual mono channels so 4 people can have own different in ear mixes ? Thanks
Thanks! And although this unit comes with 4 wireless packs, it unfortunately only allows two separate mixes to be sent out
how much is the total cost for that kind of set up?
This one costed us roughly $2,500.
