Hello and sorry for the late reply, it happens sometimes on those boards on which we have a nut advantage (overpairs and sets in this case) but that can get very dynamyc given Villain's range. It also happen a lot on TJx. The "reasoning" is we can still get some value from many hands Villain can't fold, but at the same time we force him to fold some decent equity hands.
