Problem is in powerbank. When charger/Powerbank becomes weak it doesn't charge phone. It discharges the phone. Try to change data cable first then.If won't work purchase a new Powerbank

Or probably restored the info and call a family member of the person who throw the phone and then contacted and gave her all her info without him seeing any private info of that person. I want to believe this way :)
