@@franccamaj488 your comment is the only thing here that’s ridiculous! He didn’t say “I was a dumb kid who made a lot of mistakes but I told my boys they have to be perfect and never ever do anything wrong”. For some reason though, that’s the way you took it, and that’s unfortunate because it says a lot about you. What he said was that he told his boys that, if they make a dumb decision, they have to live with the consequences. Like any GOOD parent should say to their kids! It’s called “parenting”. Maybe you’re young and don’t have kids so let me break it down for you. It’s NOT a parent’s job to fix their kid’s mistakes. It’s not a parent’s job to get them out of trouble. It’s not a parent’s job to demand they not be punished and it’s not a parent’s job to bail their kids out of jail if they get arrested. A parent who does any of these things is making a huge mistake and, in the long run, is actually harming their children. They’re all but guaranteeing their kid will have a very hard time in life. It IS a parent’s job to teach their kids to take responsibility for their actions. It’s a parent’s job to teach their kids that every choice they make has consequences. It’s a parent’s job to teach their kids that they, and only they, are responsible for their bad behavior and bad decisions. And it’s a parent’s job to teach their children that they should own up to their mistakes and accept any consequences that may result. Obviously, accountability doesn’t come naturally for everyone. A parent wouldn’t be a good parent if they rushed to fix all of their kid’s problems. I raised two boys as well and I told them the same thing as the OP. I told them if they’ve been drinking, they better call me instead of driving. I told them if their ride has been drinking, they better call me instead of getting in the car. I told them if they get arrested they need to call me to let me know, but… that would be one boo-boo that Mama wouldn’t be rushing in to kiss and make all better! It has absolutely nothing to do with the things I may or may not have done when I was young, just as it has nothing to do with what the OP did when he was young. It’s about raising children into functioning members of society. It’s called “tough love”. If you do bail them out, then you’re teaching them that they don’t need to stop behaving badly because you’ll always be there to prevent the consequences. Way too many young people today have never been held accountable for anything in their lives. They’ve been coddled to the point that they do whatever they want and they freak out when they realize their actions have consequences. I honestly hope you don’t have kids because if you do, then you’re one of the people contributing to the problem. But, judging by your comment, I’d be willing to bet you’re not contributing to the problem. Rather… you ARE the problem and an example of exactly what happens when parents enable their children.

She’s a simple follower and loser like so many drunks. Every lawyer must work for whatever change that’s found in the sofas. Everyone of these pitiful losers has to get on their phone, like that changes anything!
Yes and the cops have to pay for it. Public defender duh
Beck and call.
I wonder how many of these drunks who refuse to submit to implied consent tests end up begging the judge to reconsider the one year suspension because the “didn’t understand” the ramifications of refusal - even with video showing everything being clearly explained.
So concerned about her son she’s driving drunk putting other peoples chikdren in danger. What a role model.
Bar owners encourage bar tenders to drink so patrons buy them rounds...they should have there liquor license suspended when this happens
Where did you get this?

@@charlesbarnes6912 Ok
there's a thing called the dram shop law which permits liability on both the bartender and bar owner if they overserve a patron and that patron gets in accident, etc.
This bimbo is a bartender not a patron.
"I had the right to remain silent but I didn't have the ability" - - Ron White - comedian
They need to hire non drinking bartenders!!wat about airports?thats crazy they can drink there to🤷🏽♀️
Poor little 6-year-old son!
Where I bartended we were allowed 2 drinks per shift, more than that was grounds for termination. Camera's were in place so they knew exactly what was going on.
That’s dumb. They shouldn’t allow any drinking if 2 drinks is ok but 3 gets you fired.
@@franccamaj488 That was policy 20+ years ago. Didn't mean you had to drink anything. At least they were not letting bartenders get shit faced behind the bar.
Camera’s what?
That’s passive aggressive!
Said in the dead of night, "You can't miss them. They're black work shoes." 🙄
Another one that worries about her kid AFTER the fact and doesnt think about him while shes drunk driving putting lives at risk.
In the '70s and '80s I was a bartender. At that time we could get fired for drinking on the job. Some places even had policies that prevented us from drinking there after work. If she was drinking on the job, she was probably breaking company rules.
She also must have thought the police were her personal assistants. "Call my mom for me," "No, I'll wait for my attorney to come observe my drunk testing." Doesn't everybody have their attorney there at the traffic stop?
Hold on!!! She said she smells like alcohol because kegs shoot their foam all over her. BUT!!! she said her eyes are bloodshot and glossy from just coming from a pool.
I'm pretty sure you would smell like chlorine, not alcohol UNLESS!! you were drinking.
LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE
You can't put that on the bar owner unless they are allowed to drink during their shift. It's not the bar owner's responsibility to babysit their bartenders.
And when will bars stop serving alcohol before patrons get drunk
Last commentary was well said. 👍
Being a female bartender, if your fairly decent looking, and have a nice body, you can make tons and tons of cash. Having said that, she must leave at the end of the night, owing money.
She drives drunk all the time. She's a grown ass woman with a kid, and she has to talk to her mother?
ive worked at many bars, everyone was drinking LOL
Excellent way for owner to be sued into bankruptcy.
Saying she should have just “been honest “ instead of lying totally bypasses her right not to incriminate herself. She doesn’t have to lie.. she should have said she would “ make no statements without an attorney present”. That’s not lying, it’s invoking her 5th amendment rights. She has the right not to testify against herself.
This woman is ridiculous rude and disrespectful
I bartend at 37 years and never not once have I ever felt the need to drink behind the bar I like to be on top of my money and the people that I'm taking care of this is just weird.
Not one bar except b bar that give free drinks to women so to keep company of male customers who eventually buy it for the ladies after one free drink.
I always watch drunk videos where they know their rights for legal advice.
😂
She had already made several calls before and she wants to make more. How arrogant she is.
As a bartender she should know the laws and how alcohol gets in yr body i open kegs and pour beer as a waitress and never get intoxicated .
Bars are losing money by allowing these bartenders to drink up their profits.
What law would I have to break in order to get strip-searched by that assistant cop?
That would only be if they committed a terrible crime and were being punished by having to strip search you. There. Did you get the attention you were looking for?

I get it...when you are drunk and will face breath and field tests, don't give them any evidence. I get it.
But at that point, nobody is a fool, and she knows she is in the wrong.
She's been here and been advised on how to handle it properly next time, and that's how I see it.
You know she's been to this rodeo already, and boy is she very confident in dealing with this.
To be honest? If it were up to me? She is beyond guilty...
I hope someday she sees the error in her ways.
Crazy
What a liar who thought she was too good I love that she thought that the attorney could keep her from getting a DUI people are so dumb when they act like they know the law when the don't know anything but how to lie she was annoying me so bad your caught an you think your smart but your a bartender how much law do you think you know when people say no to a breath test you are just confirming you drunk
Let me guess 🤔 she moved here from Pennsylvania.
How ironic in the opening sequence a sight impaired man with a cane walks down the street. She could have killed someone like him.
Another FBU of law graduate
i know in my state if a bartender was found to drink on the job the tender and owner get arrested and jailed the bar loses it license to>>>but that would have to be enforced cops however need to get payed at our risk so they dont enforce it so thay can extort more drunks on the road instead of stopping there accses>>>follow the munny
A bartender can only be found to have been drinking on the job after they have been detained following an incident in which the bartender's sobriety could be determined. Do you suggest having an officer stationed at every location where a bartender is working and making sure they aren't drinking alcohol? Also, if the bartender is drinking any beverage, should that beverage then be field tested for alcohol? Please use some kind of logic and common sense to your thinking. Also it's *paid *their and *money.
@@SpicyTexan64 i think bars shuld be illegal and you only drink at home or gatherings ...but thats besides the point ...he has all the ras he needs hear she is leaving work drunk and intent matters if a tender is hiding that there drinking then its on them the owner and bar are safe ...im the one useing logic your the one simping to those thet help others kill people on the roads and get no time so thay can do it agean...its called supply and demand lol...see if thay stop the bad bars from working they make us safer but o look they dont have as meny drunks on the street meaning there cash flow of extortion ...leave it to the blue line simp to also be a grimmer nazi ironically proving agean its you that lacks critical thinking common sense and problem solving rofl
Can fat people drink more before they are considered drunk?
there are laws that tenders cant drink on the job...enforcing them would mean cops caring about an oath rather then extortion after the fact
So the police are supposed to stand at the bar and observe the bartenders to ensure they are not drinking? They can only enforce that kind of law after the fact obviously.
You are on every video bashing police and being incorrect about law. You sound like a troubled adolescent. Your lack of law degree or even basic education shines brightly. If you have an issue with police, 99% chance it has more to do with your poor life choices.
@@SpicyTexan64 as apposed to sitting outside it writing fix it tickets and speed extortion ya much better use of there time keeping people from dieing instead lol...but no im talking about situations like this ware the tender puts others at risk...and do you know why the law was made not to hurt the tender but to keep them thinking so they can cut others off when they get drunk and hopefully saving people on the road...but you keep defending drunk drivers thay kill thousands of people a year and get almost no time but you do you
@@danbrit9848I just can't engage in debate with someone who lacks basic spelling skills. The bottom line is a law against bartenders drinking on the job is realistically unenforceable until a situation occurs ie dwi where that bartender's intoxication can be assessed. The police are doing their jobs. They aren't extorting anyone. The price for breaking dwi laws should be expensive and painful.
Inane commentary unnecessary.
By a silly fake computer voice.
I owned a bar and I just looked the other way and let the bartenders drink and do drugs with young teens, 13-16 year olds. Made good money until the state revoked the lic.(7YEARS). Good lawyers can hide and or obfuscate their way around the laws. There is no liability on the owner. Thanks politicians. USA,USA!
