#1 Reason Why Whitetail Habitat Improvements Fail

I get the question a lot from my clients. What is the #1 thing that folks do to create a Failed Habitat Improvement on their Whitetail Hunting Properties. There is 1 common mistake I see that a lot of folk make each and every year.
That Mistake is TSI and FSI treated incorrectly and used in the wrong places which in turn interrupts the flow of a Property. This causes Bucks to be in locations when you as the Hunter can not be there to hunt them.
Sadly all of us want to make better deer Habitat, which is great, but much like a Food Plot placed in the wrong Location, Better Habitat doesn't always mean Better Huntablity.
