    150 gm Fresh fenugreek leaves
    3-4 Garlic (chopped)
    1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
    1 Tbsp Butter
    200 gm Paneer
    10 -12 Cashew nuts
    1 Tbsp Oil
    1 Tbsp Butter
    For White paste
    1 Medium size onion
    1 Inch ginger
    30 gm cashew nuts
    1 Tbsp melon seeds
    1 Bay leaf
    1 Inch cinnamon
    3 Cloves
    For Masala Powder
    8-10 Black pepper
    1 Tbsp Fennel seeds
    2 no. Cardamoms
    For gravy
    1 Tbsp Oil
    1 Tbsp Butter
    1 Tbsp Sugar
    1/4 Cup Cream
    1 Tsp Red chilli powder
    One pinch nugmeg powder
    1 Tsp Garam masala
    Salt to taste
