    Mam absolutely amazing but u don't discuss where ribosomes formed in case of prokaryotic cells as prokaryotic cells doesn't contain Nucleoule

      It's was 1955 when George Palade discovered Ribosomes using electron microscope in animal cell.
      Thus, they are also called as Palade particle.

    Ma'am there is a doubt that, you had told that ribosomes are made in the nucleolus and you had told that all the RNA and proteins required to make ribosomes are made in the nucleolus, then how are proteins made in the nucleolus??? please reply me............

      Yes! You are absolutely right! Larger and smaller subunits are separated during centrifugation and this is due to the different densities of RNA and protein.
