This is such a cool tune. Can't wait to hear the follow up, "Nightmares", with minor harmony on the upcoming Evil Cory record.
I remember, for years listening to vulfpeck and thinking "man this cory guy doesnt speak as much as the other members, he must be shy or smth"

For me this has such a classic TV theme vibe to it and I mean it in the best thinkable way. I imagine an early Mike Post writing this for a moody family sitcom with a moral. Part of my brain is excited for your possible future Ornett Coleman phase though, but until then I'm entertained, I really am.

I don’t necessarily think rhythm whenever I think of your playing. I do thing about pentatonic harmony/double stops w/a lot of 4ths. I think the rhythm thing is an aspect but it’s not you without your harmony.
