Have to say, I think BigB's armor of weirdness he has been creating for the whole series worked in this session. If anyone else started randomly complimenting you while in the nether and you are just panicking from talking damage, you'd think it's weird. When it's BigB, you just think it's BigB being himself this season.
I'd argue that yes, the curse does spread to Jimmy's allies. 3rd life: flower husbands - scott did much worse in that season than every other season where he's been in top 3 Last life: southlanders - mumbo was out second, just after Jimmy Double life: ranchers - Tango both had first death, which us how he found out he was paired with jimmy, and ended up being second out/first pair out Limited life: bad boys - Joel was out 3rd I'm pretty sure Jimmy's team has fallen apart first (either all dying or split apart) every time, although I'd have to check for last life.
