I've found mixing eyeshadow like this, but with a liquid highlighter, to become an excellent cream eyeshadow that is easy to blend, sets and does not smudge! Perfect for a one and done! 👍🙂 👁️
That, is a great idea. What brand do you use? I like Pixie Fairy Lights. They've been around for a while.
Do you find it easier to apply?
@@faithfulgrl I use a brand called MakeTheMake. Not sure if it's available everywhere? I live in Norway. I find it very easy to apply! I use a slightly dense brush, and it blends easily.
I'm def going to try this! I have so many bright eyeshadows in pallettes i would never use on my whole eyelid. This way I can use them as an eyeliner. Thank you for sharing this with us 😍💜💜💜💜💜

I love this because it stands out without doing too much. It's cool because now I can use all these colors in a palate that I wouldn't use as a shadow!!

I used to use setting spray with my eyeshadow. I have the Inglot Duraline that I use now. I don't keep micellar water around but thus I'd a great idea! I will be ordering that brush set to get an even finer line. Thanks for these tips! Absolutely love you and your channel!
I think your idea is better. A micelles water is to remove two kind of dusts not to keep it on the skin.
Duraline is good but you'd save so much money with micellar water.
I found that getting a nail art brush kit was less expensive and you get a lot of great size and shape brushes to experiment with!
I mix mine with rose water. Even if I sweat a lot, the liner doesn’t budge, but it’s easy to remove.
Been doing this for a few year now, it's a great way to use up old eyeshadow you don't use, but I do prefer duraline to miscellar water
Micellar will fade with oil and sweat. Duraline is the way to go
@@eeejay235 I've never has that happen and I've been doing it years, I prefer duraline but when I run out miscellar does the trick.

I'm almost 60 and have done this with regular tap water. If I need it to be waterproof, I use All Nighter setting spray on my brush then dip in shadow.

Great tip! I tried with fixing spray and it irritated my eyelids. But miscellar water does not hurt the eyelids so will try this tonight! ❤️

I was wondering though, would this not work better with setting spray though? Since micellar water is used to remove makeup, how long did it last and did it flake or fade? It's what has me thinking that setting spray might work better. Also, scraping out the shadow is an awesome hack.

Setting spray will work great, but is not ideal for around the eyes as it can burn. Micellar works really well with eyeshadows and is safe around the eyes 💝💝💝
