As an American, I think Scouse is the British accent I have the hardest time with. I have a harder time with it than Glasgow, which even their fellow Britons often times have trouble understanding.
A person with a Scouse accent, is even harder to understand when they've been drinking.
Glaswegian is a Scottish accent, not British... Scouse is a Liverpudlian, English accent, not British...
