LEWCO Chrome Plated Roller Conveyor

A recent customer needed to convey machined parts and avoid product damage to the finished surface. The solution was a hard chrome roller surface with a polished finish. Stainless steel guard rails were also used to eliminate the potential of paint chips getting in the finished product. These conveyors featured robust structural steel frames and a custom paint color.
LEWCO engineers worked with the customer to develop the special conveyor construction details, and saw those details through the build process and into testing. The final layout also required (3) turntables to rotate the product and maintain proper product orientation. Final testing was conducted at LEWCO prior to shipment for customer approval.
