Matthew 2:1-12
1 Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men[a] from the east came to Jerusalem, 2 saying, "Where is he who has been born king of the Jews? For we saw his star when it rose and have come to worship him." 3 When Herod the king heard this, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him; 4 and assembling all the chief priests and scribes of the people, he inquired of them where the Christ was to be born. 5 They told him, "In Bethlehem of Judea, for so it is written by the prophet:
6 "'And you, O Bethlehem, in the land of Judah,
are by no means least among the rulers of Judah;
for from you shall come a ruler
who will shepherd my people Israel.'"
7 Then Herod summoned the wise men secretly and ascertained from them what time the star had appeared. 8 And he sent them to Bethlehem, saying, "Go and search diligently for the child, and when you have found him, bring me word, that I too may come and worship him." 9 After listening to the king, they went on their way. And behold, the star that they had seen when it rose went before them until it came to rest over the place where the child was. 10 When they saw the star, they rejoiced exceedingly with great joy. 11 And going into the house, they saw the child with Mary his mother, and they fell down and worshiped him. Then, opening their treasures, they offered him gifts, gold and frankincense and myrrh. 12 And being warned in a dream not to return to Herod, they departed to their own country by another way.
Gold! Pure gold! I never seem to get enough of John and his teachings! Not to mention the fun that we have along the way!

2 Maxwell talks about walking in humility and trust the testing times
3 I've had 3+ testing experiences that I'm walking through, and praying/communicating to God to guide me.

The Star didn't take the wise men to the stable.

Though the message was very moving, the Wise Men did not go to the stable but arrived at the house where Jesus was. Matthew 2:11 (NASB) says, "And after they came into the house, they saw the Child with His mother Mary; and they fell down and worshiped Him. Then they opened their treasures and presented to Him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh."

Is’nt the house where the wise man found Jesus? Not the stable…
Yes!
Actually, the word house refers to a dwelling place, could be a stable , a palace, or a standard house. The point is that it wasn't a palace.
The wise men didn't turn up at stable time. Months or a year after. It was the shepards .

Come one sir. How on earth did a smart man like you feel that they found Jesus in a stable? That’s such a wrong interpretation of even a cursory reading. We read that they came to the « house « where they found the child not an infant. Very disappointed that John Maxwell could have made such a terrible mistake.
Same thing I was thinking ! That's totally incorrect. People don't even read the Bible.
Where in Bible, do we find that the wise men found Jesus in the stable? 🤔 That's not true. I don't think that he remained in the stable for 2 years!
Jesus never born in a house,he was born in the barn because they are parents have no place.that the scripture tell us,but I want to know why you used a Bible have only 66 book,when in the reality are 73, why christian used less book,when in the Bible said about take something out the holy book.
