sad! The Virgin Islands is such a beautiful place with so many unsolved crimes. While crime is everywhere, the USVI gets lots of aid from the federal government and should be able to do better with all these resources.
I cannot understand how they needed more information. I’ve seen people arrested with less evidence. Women are so unprotected. Domestic violence is an issue that does not get enough attention/justice in these islands.

To me on most of these cases the system dropped the ball they lag and take too long to pursue these reports from the victim. Im so sorry she and her family had to go through this that. The fact that her exhusband did most of the work shame on you VI justice system! Disgusting
