᎒ It's my birthday (17Feb) and only I deserve to be happy today !!?!!

It's been an exhausted day at the LoV and Deku finally got the comfort of peace and quiet as he arrived back to the place where he resides at. He rested and went along his usual night routine. As he exited the bathroom, he looks back to witness the man who he fears the most sitting on a couch seemingly waiting for him. His mind was a fog, he didn't knew what to expect. All for One had appeared in his apartment and he has never done that. Whatever could be the reason for him to appear so suddenly and unannounced. Deku's body was stiff, his now fresh out of a shower self is now drenched with nervous sweat.
All for One brought up the topic of the argument Deku had with Shigaraki. Apparently, it was all about it. Shigaraki is as bothersome when it comes to Deku and he never wants to accept any of his suggestions. When All for One was informed by Kurogiri about the situation to him, he was as cool as ever. He didn't want to waste any time and decided to pay his favourite little pawns residents to give him a little shock about the news too.
As we all are aware, Deku has an important role in the League. Apart frim being Shigarakis right hand man, he also holds the importance in protecting Shigaraki and avoid him getting killed. Shigaraki here is an ignorant guy who doesn't consider his own safeties in ny of his attack plans. All he wants to do is destroy, eliminate and attack, never putting his safety in consideration. That is why Deku was assigned the be his personal bodyguard if you will. At times, even risking his own life to prioritise Shigarakis. Why would he accept to such a term, you may ask. That is simply because he didn't have a choice. If he ignores the orders by All for One he could be punished or even face certain consequences. Either to himself or to his loved one, he wanted neither of them.

Deku is drenched by blood, but it isn't of his own. He panicked, but he didn't care for anything else at this time. It was either the lives of people who has already done terrible things and will continue to act so, or the life of his ill mother. He was shaking, his heart pounding, and clothes drenched by a mix of rain water, blood, tears and sweat. He looked upon Shigaraki and his knee was shot, he had a bloody face and his hands were filthy. He looks generally fine but he was still bleeding and that is a problem.
Shigaraki was in shock his jaw was locked. He had so many questions to ask, so many things to know but nothing came out from his mouth. His jaw left hanging until Deku asked him the question if he was alright. He was in shock, knowing clearly he was in pain from the shot to his knee he replied with a simple "yeah". Deku's expression, and cracked voice replayed in his memory like a broken record. He was still in shock and is still processing the situation. He looked back and saw the corpses hanging from the spikes, it was a grosome scene.
“You killed them” Shigaraki mentioned. He looked at Deku but his eyes were empty. He could tell he wasn't in the right state of mind.
“I did.. didn't I-..” Deku replied, he was tensed and his heart continued to pound harder. His face was wet, he couldn't tell if it were from the rain or the tears flowing from his eyes. Shigaraki looked at him and he knew something was definitely wrong. He wanted to ask but before he couldn't Deku had cut him off before he could even open his mouth. “I know you hate my guts but I shouldn't have left you earlier..” Deku said. Shigaraki was frustrated and in fact, he does hate Deku's guts but seeing him to traumatised and afraid made him even more irritated. “Shut up” Shigaraki said.
As a portal opened up, Deku had picked Shigaraki up and supported him onto his shoulders. They entered and it was a shocking surprise for the both of them. They were in Dr Ujikos's lab, not the LoVs base. Deku's heart pounded again and since Shigaraki was ridiculously close to him, he could feel and almost hear his heart go crazy. A voice echoed throughout the room and it was off All For Ones. Shigaraki was handed over to Dr Ujiko and Deku was called upon All for One. That was the last time Shigaraki had seen Deku for the whole remaining week.
