even other TWICE members mentioned that Tzuyu was already popular even before she was introduced as trainee. and I remember the story when Dahyun first met her, Dubu was trying to make her feel comfortable (being a foreign trainee) by talking to her even though she has very limited Chinese words on her bag, lol.

@@stefankimmartin7748 I read a comment before of someone who studied on the same Taiwanese school where Tzuyu used to study, saying that Tzuyu was part of student council and that she really has a good heart, everybody on the school loves her and wants her to be successful.

Remember when Jeongyeon said a lot of boys used to leave letters on the train where Tzuyu rides as a trainee. They probably see her everyday taking the subway (which is sometimes with Jeongyeon) but too shy to give the letters to her directly so they leave it on the seat beside her. One of the host said "that's the life I wished to have" after hearing the story.

According to an ex-jype trainee, Mina was very popular too among the male trainees. They would tell her she's beautiful when she passes by and Mina will smile bowing her head and say thank you shyly.
The elegance Tzuyu and Mina possess must but awestriking to see in person. I couldn't imagine being a young male trainee and just seeing them walking around all the time. Id probably be nervous all the time

She’s pretty, but there are a lot of pretty girls in Taiwan. There are a lot of pretty girls in China. I was there and I was shocked at how many pretty girls I saw. I don’t recall seeing anyone as tall as Tzuyu, though.
