The Good, the Bad, and the TRUTH about Seed Oils

  • If you've been following any nutrition pages on social media, you've seen all the negative talk about Seed Oils, or particularly a group called "The Hateful Eight" that are used for industrial cooking and food products.
    The "Hateful Eight" Seed Oils are:
    🛢️Canola oil (rapeseed oil)
    🛢️Vegetable oil (soybean oil)
    🛢️Corn oil
    🛢️Sunflower oil
    🛢️Safflower oil
    🛢️Cottonseed Oil
    🛢️Rice Bran Oil
    🛢️Grapeseed Oil
    These oils are demonized because of their refining process (takes out any nutritional benefit) and their high Omega- 6 content, which can cause inflammation in the body.
    Inflammation is responsible for many common ailments, such as:
    ❌Arthritis
    ❌Heart disease
    ❌Metabolic syndrome
    ❌Stroke
    ❌Type 2 Diabetes
    and more.
    However, before you fear consuming these oils ever again (although I highly recommend you limit them), watch my recent talk called, "The Good, the Bad, and the TRUTH about Seed Oils".
