      A very close family friend who calls my dad her son and me her grandson have spent years telling us all the things she’s leaving us in her will. We keep telling her we don’t want her to leave us stuff because 1) we don’t want to feel like vultures who hit the jackpot when she kicks the bucket, 2) we can’t afford most of the stuff she wants to leave us and would end up having to sell most of it to pay the inheritance taxes, and 3) we know her useless POS son would end up suing us over the crap even though he hasn’t wanted anything to do with his mother in almost 20 years and the last time they spoke he broke her wrist for refusing to fire my dad from the company she owns.
      When she dies it’s going to be a very sad, very stressful situation for us and is just going to be made worse by that POS.

      Please don't insult vultures like that, they at least have something to contribute. Familial parasites, however, do not. Good news is, the trash took itself out, and for free as well.
      Imagine having such a high opinion of yourself that you charge people you barely have anything to do with 30 grand for the pleasure of hearing from you once or twice a year. I wouldn't even pay that much to stay in the life of family members I do like!

    As a former (self-employed) computer technician, I had my share of people who complained about the work done on their machines too. Often bringing a PC back for a completely different fault, and trying to claim it as a warranty repair.

    Second story : whilst employed as a cleaner (20 years plus) we gained a new micro-managing boss. She would interfere at every possible occasion, upsetting our close-knit cleaning team. She had a habit of inspecting toilets as we were finishing by licking her fingers and then running them over the doorframe of the exiting door, to "check for dust". What she didn't know was that as i finished off mopping the urine soaked floor, i would run that same mop along the top of the door frame. This was knowing safely that nobody else in that building would ever dream of touching that piece of woodwork.

      He probably did, he did mention that his Court Date is pending with the old lady but he never stated he was just Testifying on her behalf, so he could easily have Sued her with the Old Lady as Co-Plaintiffs...
      Though, I personally, would have Sued her alone to increase the possible Award I could receive from the Court with the Old Lady (along with everyone else that was there that day and Witnessed her shenanigans) Testifying on my behalf...

    You should be very cautious moving someone (unless a life or death situation) after a bad fall, especially the elderly. You could paralyze someone that has a spinal injury or a broken bone could sever an artery. Even if those are rare instances, do you really want to take the chance?

    • @markedwards3647
      @markedwards3647 Год назад

      RIGHT! When you think someone may have a fracture, DO NOT move them. OTOH, there is no reason to later hunt the supervisor She will seriously harm people as long as she lives. If you are a little careful, and wait a few months, there are thousands of others who are planning to shoot her.

    So I normally really enjoy your stories. But this one about bowling. I bowled league for many years. Wet bowling shoes do not make you slip. The soles are leather and they are very slippery when dry so you slide. You want to slide. Wet shoes STICK and you fall down and hurt. If you wear your bowling shoes outside you will ruin them. They even make little bowling shoe slippers so you dont get them wet when you go away from the lanes.

    To those who want to sue for a will. My mother left me a dollar. She is as a selfish narcissist who left when we were still kids. You tell me what kind of a monster leaves one dollar just so she can hurt me once more from beyond the grave. Sometimes it’s better to be forgotten completely. She never let me forget I was the white trash life she left behind. She deserved better than me.

    1st story: rudeness is NEVER going to be an excuse for assault and theft. The storyteller of THAT story should be whom the narritive should be against. Had that driver had a concealed-carry firearm, the not-innocent storyteller might well have ended up with a bullet in his head, and with no charges against the driver (who was the victim in THIS story).

    2:06: Supervisor has indirectly killed customer, and caused her pain and disability for the rest of her abbreviated life.. Fractured hips are often not survivable. Supervisor had earned many enemies, in addition to old lady customer. Old lady was probably living independently before the injury, but then needed a group home due to needing 24/7 care. Supervisor will not survive a .22 through her brain months later, delivered while she was on her way to or from work, from an anonymous assailant (one of thousands of possibilities) OP could not have legally fired 5 rounds through supervisor's pelvis or liver or kidney instead though this would have been morally justified. (unsurvivable, painful injuries)

    @5:35…@RedWheel: please don’t think I’m being a dick criticizing, I just wanted to let the viewers know if they didn’t (I only learned it recently) that the feminine of executor is ‘executrix.’ I know, totally useless information; just figured maybe at least one or two people might find it interesting education.
    Cheers and thanks for the stories! I love your sarcastic humor; it matches so well with the overall “WTF??!” all of us are thinking as you tell a story about entitled Karens and Chads/Kevins. I also wanted to comment that I appreciate NOT over-acting the voices; I find it SO CRINGEY when men try to (poorly) perform a female voice (especially crotchety, bitchy Karens, as it ends up just sounding like shit).
