Here is the concept of pressing f4 multiple times: One time: Freeze the whole cell (Row + Column). Two times: Freeze the row and unfreeze the column. Three times: Unfreeze the row and freeze the column. Please let me know if you have any other queries.

Use datedif function and instead of y-years use ym for year and months, if you also want dates then use md for months and days.
