Simply excellent. Thank you. I'm always amazed and inspired by the multivalent potential in the principles of these arts that when properly understood and practiced, become life arts. This kind of teaching/understanding seems so rare these days at a time when there are myriad techniques to bedazzle and impress the practitioner although good, have little in the way of coherent principle. I do not mean to disparage anyone in saying this. My skills are meager but perhaps just enough to appreciate what is being taught here. Again thank you.
