I had at work two excavators PC 650 backhoe type loading clay at quarry.the manager told me they want to turn them to be front shovel I said I can do it but they called dealer ( in Egypt) who asked for a big bill..they said I can try to do it as I said and if problems happened they can call deal.. I did it in 4 days with 4 technetians anda craine driver.. Results was amazing and company managers at France was happyand asked to do same at the other shovel,but I asked for a reward to the technicals, Iam not need I did it to feel satisfied as a mechanical engineer.. After huge argue for a week they paied almost 20 Dollars with that time exchange for every man of the 6.( I got 40 dollars as an engineer double of tech).. I refused to do the other shovel and tell now( since years) it's on same way as it delivered to Bani suif cement company ..The company sold to La farge the French Wich sold it to Titan the Greek.. Wow...you make me bring history lives, guess it vanished..
