      सुबह (सुबह 7-8 बजे)
      गुनगुना पानी और नींबू: अपने दिन की शुरुआत एक गिलास गुनगुने पानी में कुछ बूंदें नींबू का रस डालकर करें। इससे शरीर को डिटॉक्स करने में मदद मिलेगी।
