The hosts of Paranormal Caught On Camera were absolutely convinced it was real, as they are with 100% of videos that air on that program.
I saw that episode and remembered rolling my eyes. Especially the part where one of the commentators said something like this video being clear proof of paranormal activity. All the naive just eat it up…

@@MichaelAChristian1 No, not all fakes. I just do not believe 99% of them are actually paranormal. The videos of ghosts moving things can easily be faked, for example. A lot of times a door will slam and you cannot see the whole door, or if anyone is on the other side. The UFO videos are blurry dots in the sky that could be about anything. The hosts do not ever evaluate anything with a skeptical or critical eye.

It's actually easy to do, you can do it yourself. You really just have to go after it logically, think of yourself as the camera person. Then ask yourself why people filming the video did things differently then you or most people would do if you were filming? Then you realize it's a great place to throw an edit in...
Very easy to debunk if you know its fake. And we all know its fake. Just some people fantasize about ghost and then think they exist and find clues everywhete then, even in faked vids from kids in school. Thats human for people that are not so bright or need something to hold on to. Believing in something is very powerfull, for ages people use religion for this and for them it works.

A lot of kids here in America use locks because it was common when introduced and we don't want people taking our things. I'm open-minded about the whole paranormal thing, but he wasn't very convincing. He said things like he was assuming there was a radiator there because there were pipes there, & he THOUGHT someone could be pushing the lockers from outside, & also all the lockers had locks except the one that opened, but that's wrong, because the one below it & several to the left don't have locks. He also said the wet floor sign wouldn't be there at that time of night, but if the janitor mopped right before he went home, he could have put it there in case someone came back into the school. He also said there COULD have been a string pulling the sign, & then says he "thinks" he sees a string. He could be absolutely right, but I'm going to need as many FACTS from the person trying to persuade me it's fake as the ones trying to convince me it's real. 🤷🏼
